What the website collects
The website uses no advertising trackers, no audience measurement tools and no tracking cookies. The demo runs entirely in your browser, on sample data, and sends nothing. Only the quote request form transmits data: name, email address, company, profession, plan under consideration and a description of your needs.
Purpose
This information is used solely to respond to your request and to prepare a possible proposal. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising purposes.
Processors
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany, and served through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which routes and protects it: in this capacity, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and the content of requests in transit, including that of the form. Your request then reaches us by email. Sending goes through Resend, Inc. (United States), from its European sending region; the receiving mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva. The hosting provider and Cloudflare process the technical logs needed for the website to operate and remain secure.
Retention period
A request that does not lead to a contract is deleted no later than twelve months after it is received. Retention periods specific to a portal built for you are set in the corresponding contract.
Your clients’ documents
This website receives no documents from your cases. Do not send any confidential documents through the form. Processing carried out in a portal is covered by a separate contract, which designates the roles of the parties, the hosting provider, the places of processing, the processors and the retention periods.
