Frequently asked questions
These answers describe our custom portal offering. For a specific question about your firm, write to us.
- Yes, on quotation. Every project starts with written scoping with your firm; go-live follows the approval of a prototype on sample data.
- For professions that receive confidential documents from their clients and must be able to prove who accessed them: lawyers, notaries, fiduciary firms, property managers, financial advisers.
- No. They receive a link limited to their own case, which expires and which you can revoke. They never see other cases.
- Document storage is planned in Switzerland, with a Swiss hosting provider. The hosting provider, storage location and subcontractors are written into your quote; we claim nothing before then. Your device and certain auxiliary services, such as email delivery, may be located elsewhere.
- Every upload goes through an antivirus scan before being made available to you. An infected file is rejected and erased; your client sees the reason and can upload a clean version.
- Yes. Revocation prevents new access as soon as it is recorded. It does not remove files that have already been downloaded.
- Members of your firm authorised by their role, within their scope. The log records uploads, views and downloads; it does not prove that a person actually read a file.
- Yes. A full export of your cases is available, including at the end of the subscription. You are not locked in.
- No. No document from your cases is used to train a model. Private AI is an option in design, which will read only the cases you authorise.
- No. Hosting in Switzerland is not legal immunity: valid legal requests are handled according to the applicable procedures.
- No. The portal helps you keep track of and evidence your document exchanges; it replaces neither your legal adviser nor the rules of your professional body or supervisory authority.
- The published ranges are indicative. The firm amount appears only in the quote, drawn up after scoping.
